Please refer to the below procedure for returning items on Amazon.
1. Conduct a Replace or Refund item with your Amazon account.
*Select either [UPS Drop-off Points] or [UPS Pick Up] from the Return method Option.
We do not accept another return method.
2. Download the return label in PDF.
3. In your Importsquare Mygage, Upload the PDF using the "Upload" button.
4. Click the "Prepare to Ship" button and select the "Prepaid Shipping Label / Call tag".
