At Importsquare, we provide one photo of the package arrived to our warehouse, and comments on the item if necessary as a basic service.
While we can check the obvious problems with the products, we will only check it as a simple check, and we hope that you understand that we do not guarantee the condition or quality of the products.
Customers are requested to confirm the products. We accept additional photos, special requests for detailed inspection for a fee.
In some cases, the problem with the ordered product will be found after it arrives at the customer's hand. To prevent such a situation, please request additional photo etc. if you think is necessary.
Please note that we ask our customers to confirm the final product, even if the product is purchase through our assisted purchase service.
